As soon as the GLS carrier has scanned your package, you will receive the email with the TRACKING number. For any questions you must contact GLS: (888) 463-4266

The products arrive vacuum-packed, fresh and/or frozen depending on the production date. Items are placed in coolers with gel packs or dry ice.

Prices and delivery

  • Delivery is free for all orders of $150 or more, delivered in Quebec (with the exception of certain more distant cities).

  • For Example: Chibougameau: a $50 fee applies for delivery below $450 of purchases. An additional invoice will be sent to you and must be paid before shipping.

  • If the order amount is less than $150, a delivery fee of $30 plus taxes will be added.

Delivery methods

*You will have 2 choices:

WITH mandatory signature: the carrier must deliver the package to you in person, you must be present to receive the package otherwise the carrier will leave with the package and return it to the sender, so you lose your package without reimbursement. A $5 fee applies for requesting the MANDATORY signature.

WITHOUT signature: the carrier will leave the package at the most accessible door. The carrier does not knock or ring.

PLEASE NOTE: in a multi-unit building the carrier will leave the package at the bottom of the main entrance door, where everyone passes.

It is not the carrier's duty to assess the risks of theft. Its mandate is only to execute the delivery according to the terms that the customer chose when placing the order.

 

  • MONTREAL AND NORTH SHORE SECTOR:
    The delivery company Transport'Heure collects packages from our store at 6am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. You will therefore receive your package between the following Tuesday and Friday. NO deliveries on weekends.

  • OTHER SECTOR:

    The GLS delivery company collects packages from our store at 1 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays ONLY. You will therefore receive your package between the following Tuesday and Friday. NO delivery on weekends

  • Allow 24-48 hours for delivery into carriers hands.

  • GLS or Transport'Heure or Cuisine du Domaine are not responsible for thefts, no refund or second shipments will be made if a theft occurs.

*Note that on weeks where there are public holidays, deadlines will be longer than the deadlines mentioned above

Delivery examples

  • Order placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will leave Monday for receipt Tuesday or Wednesday.

  • Order placed on Tuesday 9:30 a.m., it will leave the same day or the following day for receipt 24-48 hours later, either Wednesday or Thursday or Friday.

  • Note that if you have not received your package by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, you will not receive it for the weekend.

  • However, if the origin of the delivery problem is not the customer's fault, we undertake to provide you with satisfaction (reimbursement or second shipment of the order).

  • We need to know the reason for the problem BEFORE we can follow up with the customer so as not to repeat a potential error.

  • We will contact you on Monday.

  • If a product is missing or damaged, note that there will be no second shipment, a credit or refund will be made.

  • Delivery times may vary during certain periods of the year when there is a high volume of orders (Christmas, Christmas, Easter, etc.) Allow 2-3 additional days

Return and refund conditions

Since our products are perishable, no returns are accepted. On the other hand, we are committed to giving you complete satisfaction: if you encounter a major delivery or product quality problem and it does not result from an error on your part, we will offer you either a refund or a credit on the item.
