As soon as the carrier scans your package, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Products will arrive fresh and/or frozen, depending on the production date. Items are packed in boxes with gel packs or dry ice.


Rates and Delivery

Delivery is free for orders of $150 or more, delivered within Quebec (excluding certain more remote areas).

For example: Chibougameau: A $50 fee applies for orders below $450.

If the order amount is less than $150, delivery fees plus tax will apply.


Delivery Methods

NO signature required: The carrier will leave the package at the most accessible door.

The carrier does not knock or ring the doorbell.

ATTENTION: In a multi-unit building, the carrier will leave the package at the bottom of the main entrance door, where everyone passes.

It is not the carrier's responsibility to assess the risk of theft. Their task is only to execute the delivery according to the terms selected by the customer when placing the order.

IF THE RISK OF THEFT IS IMMINENT: Please have the package delivered to another address, as the carrier and Cuisine du Domaine are not responsible for thefts.


Delivery Examples

Order placed on Saturday or Sunday: It will leave on Monday for delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Order placed on Tuesday at 9:30 AM: It will leave the same day or the next day for delivery 24-48 hours later, i.e., on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

Please note, if you haven’t received your package by Friday at 5:00 PM, you will not receive it over the weekend.

That being said, if the delivery issue is not the customer's fault, we will make sure to satisfy you (refund or re-shipment of the order).

We need to know the cause of the issue BEFORE we can follow up with the customer to avoid repeating a potential mistake.

We will contact you on Monday.

If an item is missing or damaged, please note there will be no second shipment. A credit or refund will be issued instead.

Delivery times may vary during certain periods of the year when there is a high volume of orders (Christmas, Sugar Season, Easter…). Please allow 2-3 extra days.

NO DELIVERY ON THURSDAYS, FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR EASTER MONDAY.

Since our products are perishable, no returns are accepted. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction: if you experience a major delivery or product quality issue that is not due to an error on your part, we will offer either a refund or a credit for the item.
