IMPORTANT NOTE:

We process orders as they are placed so that you can receive them as quickly as possible while respecting the deadlines indicated below. NO POSTPONEMENT of processing is possible. For example, if you place your order today, you cannot request to receive it only 2 weeks later. The products are frozen and you can keep them in the freezer until the appropriate time.

Delivery is free for any order of $ 100 or more, delivered in Quebec (with the exception of certain remote cities in Quebec, please contact us if you are a resident of one of them). If the order amount is less than $100, a delivery charge of $10 plus tax will be added.

Delivery charges for Ontario are $ 10 base and may be higher depending on the city to which delivery is made. If the delivery costs exceed $10, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue sending the order.

Delivery charges for any order delivered to New Brunswick are $25.

TIME

>-Packages are picked up for deliveries at noon on mondays, tuesdays, wdenesdays and thursdays ONLY. You will therefore receive your parcel without fail between the following Tuesday and Friday. ->Delivery times during the holiday period and holidays vary due to the fact that the delivery of perishable products requires 2 consecutive business days. Provide additional time .

Examples:

Order placed on Tuesday 9.30am, it will leave in the afternoon and will be received on Wednesday-Thursday.

Order placed on Thursday 7:30 pm, it will leave the following Monday noon to be received on Tuesday-Wednesday.

Order placed on Wednesday 3:30 pm, it will leave on Thursday noon and will be received on Friday. With the exception of destinations taking 48 hours, they will depart the following Monday and you will have an email to this effect.

As you soon as the carrier has scanned your package , you will receive a follow-up email with your * tracking* number. It is your responsibility to track your shipment . From this email , allow 24-48 hours before arrival at your destination. You will receive an email from Cuisne Du Domaine *Your order has been shipped*. To void any problems, please check your spam box.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Deliveries are made through Dicom. No signature is required. Your attendance is not required . The carrier will leave the package at the door, without signature, without telephoning, without knocking or ringing. You must add * Delivery Notes * to your order to help the carrier better locate the exact location where the package will be dropped off.

The products are delivered to your door in an insulated cooler containing dry ice that keeps the cool for 72 hours. When you receive your products, you can place them in the fridge or freezer. For cooking modes, please refer to the Cooking modes tab

BEFORE YOU FINISH YOUR ORDER

*possibility of theft of the package? *email address error? *mailing address error?

Please note that the carrier or Cuisine Du Domaine are not responsible for your package once it has reached its destination. If you believe that something could happen to your package, please ask us for a required signature. (In the event of pandemic, the physical signature will not be requested, however the carrier must deliver the package to a natural person.)
