Shipping departures are temporarily suspended on Thursdays

On Holiday weeks, delays will be greater than the delays mentioned below

We process orders as they are placed so that you receive them as quickly as possible while respecting the deadlines indicated below. NO POSTPONEMENT of treatment is possible For example, if you place your order today, you cannot request to receive it only 2 weeks later. The products are frozen and you can keep them in the freezer until needed.

Shipping is free for all orders of $150 or more delivered in Quebec (with the exception of certain remote cities in Quebec, please contact us if you are a resident of one of them). If the amount of the order is less than $150, delivery charges of $30 plus taxes will be added.

Shipping is available in Quebec ONLY

The delivery company GLS (Dicom) picks up packages at our store at 3 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays ONLY. You will therefore receive your package between Tuesday and the following Friday. NO shipping on weekends.

Allow 24-48 hours for delivery into GLS hands:

Examples of receiving:

Order placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will leave Monday or Tuesday following for reception Wednesday-Thursday following

Order placed on Tuesday 9:30 am, it will leave in the afternoon or the next day and will be received on Wednesday-Thursday or Friday.

Order placed on Thursday 7:30 pm, it will leave the following Monday to be received on Tuesday-Wednesday.

* Order placed on Wednesday 3:30 pm, it will leave on Thursday and will be received on Friday but if it is a remote area it will go to the following week only.

If you live in a more remote area, or if there are missing items, your package may not leave as quickly. We will notify you by email.

For Thursday departures: orders for certain remote destinations will not be able to leave (examples: Sept-Îles, Val D'Or, the northern crown of Quebec City, regions more than an hour from a warehouse of GLS) These orders will leave at the beginning of the following week.

Note that if you have not received your package on Friday at 5:00 pm, you will not receive it for the weekend. Unfortunately on weekends the carrier cannot follow up. We will therefore have the answers and follow-up on Monday only. However, if the origin of the delivery problem is not the customer's fault , we undertake to make you satisfied (reimbursement or second shipment of the order). We must know the reason for the problem BEFORE we can follow up with the customer so as not to repeat a potential error. We will contact you on Monday.

Delivery times may vary during certain times of the year when there is a high volume of orders ( Christmas, Sugar Time, Easter, allow 2-3 ADDITIONAL DAYS)



The order will be processed according to the methods explained above.

As you soon as the carrier has scanned your package, you will receive a follow-up email with your *tracking* number. It is your responsibility to track your shipment. From this email, allocate 24-48 hours before arrival at destination.

You will receive an email from Cuisne Du Domaine *Your order has been shipped*. To void any problems, please check your spam box.

Deliveries are made through Dicom. No signature is required. Your presence is not required. The carrier will leave the package at the door, without signature, without telephoning, without knocking or ringing. You must add *Delivery Notes* to your order to help the carrier better locate the exact location where the package will be dropped off.

Note that neither the carrier nor Cuisine du Domaine are responsible for your package once it has arrived at its destination. If you believe that something could happen to your package, please ask us for a required signature. (In the event of a pandemic, the physical signature will not be requested, however the carrier must deliver the package to a natural person.)

If you live in a multi-unit building, we strongly suggest requesting the mandatory signature


Since our products are perishable, no returns are accepted. On the other hand, we are committed to giving you complete satisfaction: if you encounter a major problem with the delivery or the quality of the product and it is not the result of an error on your part, we will offer you either a refund or a second shipment of ordered.


When you confirm your order, it is possible to select "pick up at the shop" instead of delivery.

PICK-UP only takes place on Saturdays between 10 am and 4 pm at 280 Domaine des Chutes, Chertsey

The order must be placed before the Thursday noon preceding the Saturday of the pick-up.

ANY ORDER in which "pick up at the store" is selected and which is placed AFTER Thursday noon will not be processed.

ANY ORDER where the PICKUP request has been made in THE SHIPPING NOTE will not be processed and will be shipped to the order delivery address.

ANY ORDER where the PICKUP request has been made in an email or an internet exchange will not be processed and will be shipped to the delivery address of the order.
