Brewed to mark the 350th anniversary of the city of Terrebonne, this beer highlights the flavors of wheat in reference to its use at the flour mill and bakery on Île-des-Moulins in the 19th century.

This golden-colored blonde beer has a beautiful lace of small bubbles. On the nose, the aromas of Cascade hops, grown in Terrebonne, harmonize with the sweet notes of wheat. This gives it a pleasant balance between herbaceous flavors and those of the bread.
