This pearl barley risotto is topped with a sweet and spicy sauce that strikes the perfect balance between sweet and spicy.
Each bite is an explosion of flavor thanks to the savory combination of scallops and shrimp, enhanced with sesame seeds for a delicate texture. Paired with edamame and small peppers 🫑, it will make a perfect lunch or dinner!
🥘 Cooking instructions
➡️ In the microwave (from frozen)
• Do not remove the plastic film ❌
• Poke a small hole in the film with a knife to create a steam chimney 🔪
• Heat on high for 9 minutes ⏱️
• Let stand for 1 minute before enjoying 😋
